The Boss Kraken (クラーケン大), sometimes called "Mama", is a large and very powerful version of the standard Kraken enemy. Because she looks similar to a basic, relatively weak Kraken, this boss is likely to provide one of the many early-game "instant death" experiences for which the King's Field series is well known.
